Our Founder

Jay Blackmore has a background in economics, corporate finance, and underwriting. Mr. Blackmore has been a trusted advisor and counsel for more than three decades to Professional Financial Service Providers and families. His perspective has been to offer his clients access to world-class investment products, the highest ethical standards, and strong attention to relationship management. Mr. Blackmore created Park Capital Management with the perspective of providing his clients and the PCM team members a compelling alternative to ‘name brand’ financial institutional firms.
